Here is a traditional 6 day push/pull/legs-split for you to try.
I can recommend this to everyone who has gone through either my 4 or 5-Day plans. It won't be too much.
Deload is recommended after 12 weeks, a good deload would be either my 4-Day Split or then just do this split, but with lesser volume and lower the weight. I would recommend the 4-Day Split as a deload though.
